Frequently Asked Question
Support.PSChi02.com is a collaborative student support platform created for our class to make solving technical problems easier and faster.
Instead of working through lab challenges, troubleshooting issues, or homework questions alone, this platform allows classmates to submit support tickets whenever they need help. Other students can then review, collaborate, and claim tickets they feel confident solving.
The goal is simple:
to create a shared learning environment where we help each other understand concepts, troubleshoot technical issues, and build real-world IT support experience.
How it works:
- Submit a ticket when you need help with a lab, technical issue, or class-related question
- Classmates review open tickets and collaborate to provide solutions
- Anyone can contribute if they believe they can help
- Solutions are documented so others can learn from them later
Why we use it:
This gives everyone the chance to:
- Practice real-world help desk workflows
- Strengthen troubleshooting skills
- Learn through collaboration
- Build confidence solving technical problems
- Gain hands-on experience using a professional ticketing system
This is not a place to simply give answers.
It is a learning platform designed to encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and shared understanding.
Think of it as our class’s own live IT support desk — built by students, for students.
